History: Penelope was raised in the suburbs of the city by her father and various step-mothers. She drifted through school, only doing enough to pass, while committing all her efforts towards drawing. Barely making it through High School she immediately moved into the city, where she began doing freelance Graphic Design. Luckily for her she possessed enough natural talent to do this successfully. She had just opened her own office when the accident occured. Penelope's apartment and office were both destroyed in the accident.

Other Details: Penelope, when not occupied with anything else, is always drawing. Most of what she draws is taken straight out of what's going on around her although she often draws what she imagines happening as well, making a different story entirely.
